Our Chefs' Dinner is a culinary delight that you need not be a food and wine aficionado to appreciate. The evening features a multi-course gourmet dinner prepared by our chef, John Aritua and his staff, working with our Food and beverage manager to select wines that will compliment this menu. We have selected four wines from Kendall Jackson for this dinner, I am sure you will enjoy.
